BioReflect

Find relevant publications faster

Since I started building BioReflect, my goal has been to help researchers save time on their literature searchers and help them come up with new hypotheses at the same time.

Starting from a list of genes, BioReflect finds all relevant scientific publications. The resulting corpus can contain thousands of papers, making it impossible to manually inspect even only a fraction of them. Using various natural language processing techniques, BioReflect reveals the underlying topics of all these papers and groups them together by topic.

Instead of a (long!) text-based list, the search results are presented in a single global, interactive, and visual overview.

BioReflect was launched on February 18, 2021. More information is available on the website, including a free demo!
